NEVER LOSE FAITH IN YOURSELF

Everyone works hard and toils a lot in their office,but only a few come out shining.what is the reason behind this?As far as I am concerned the main reason is,self confidence.Only hard work cannot produce you any kind of result,hard work coupled with self confidence would produce the desired result.When we fail we tend to censure ourselves very badly that our morale goes down and you will not be able to get out of that failure easily,whereas when you take that failure as your stepping stone for success,you reach the highest position in your life.So never reprimand yourself for your failure rather sit down and sort out a plan to achieve success the next time.All the best.
